The Service Desktop offers an intuitive workshop diary, displaying reservations, capacity, courtesy cars, technicians, and resources—all in a visually organized format. It also includes advanced technician scheduling features for streamlined management.

This system allows seamless job allocation to technicians, with real-time updates on time and duration as needed. Technicians can access scheduling data on their mobile devices, enabling them to log onto jobs, perform eVHC inspections, communicate with the Service and Parts Desktops, and request parts effortlessly.

The Service Desktop also provides a live overview of technician activity, incoming SMS messages, due contacts, and customer service requests, ensuring smooth workflow management.

Vehicle Health Check

Effortlessly integrated with the AutoView parts and workshop system, AutoView VHC minimizes duplicate entries and user errors. When a job is created in AutoView, it can automatically generate a VHC list if enabled.

VHC reports, photos, and videos help facilitate the “up-sell” process, allowing future work to be scheduled and recalled later. Additionally, “up-sell” reports track extra services secured. Once approved, the authorized work is automatically added to the workshop job.
